On October 20, 2024, at approximately 4:20 p.m., Houston police officers responded to a shooting incident at an apartment complex located at 7575 Office City Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered 24-year-old Brayan Aldair Rodriguez Baltodano unresponsive in the front passenger seat of a vehicle, having suffered at least one gunshot wound.
