On August 30, 2024, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Victoria Police responded to a shooting incident on East Allendale Street in Victoria, Texas. Upon arrival, they found 20-year-old Amiri Izaiah Franklin suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency Medical Services provided immediate on-site treatment before transporting him to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
