Jeanine Dowell, a 32-year-old woman, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on June 28, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. She was with 41-year-old Juliet Washington at the time of the incident. The two women were driving in the Washington Park neighborhood around 10:30 p.m. when another vehicle pulled up and opened fire.
