Deandre Robinson, age 33, was fatally shot on June 19, 2017, in Chicago. The homicide occurred in the early hours, in the 1000 block of South Springfield Avenue. Responding officers found Robinson lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene, adding to the number of fatalities resulting from gun violence that had plagued the city during that year.
