On March 11, 2024, Jesus "Jesse" Adam Garcia, a 35-year-old Hispanic male from Dallas, Texas, was fatally shot in a violent incident near the Love Field neighborhood. Garcia was discovered in a vehicle that had crashed through a fence at Grauwler Park. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
