On January 13, 2024, at approximately 6:30 p.m., 28-year-old Justin Jacolby Allen was fatally shot in Dallas, Texas. Allen was conducting a diagnostics test on his vehicle in the 200 block of Prather Street when an unknown assailant shot him from behind. Despite being transported to a local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
