In the early hours of Tuesday, December 10, 2024, the life of 22-year-old Jabrielle Francis was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Missouri. A male, Francis was discovered outside a vehicle near the intersection of East 51st Street and Indiana Avenue in the North Town Fork Creek neighborhood. The call for an ambulance brought Kansas City police officers to the scene just before 2:30 a.m., where they found him suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
