On February 9, 2017, 17-year-old Alvin Stoll was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting in Chicago’s Jefferson Park neighborhood. The incident occurred when a dark-colored vehicle approached Stoll and a friend while they were standing in an alley, and gunfire erupted from inside the vehicle.
