In the early morning hours of December 9, 2024, a discovery was made in the 5000 block of Westminster Avenue in West Philadelphia. Lamart Adams, a 56-year-old male, was found inside his white 2021 Acura RDX, the victim of a fatal shooting. Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene at approximately 4:22 a.m. and found Mr. Adams with a gunshot wound to the head.
