On the evening of March 13, 2022, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, 14-year-old Jeylon Moore was found lying near the roadway in the 800 block of West 38th Street. Officers from the North Little Rock Police Department responded to a call of a shooting at 6:39 p.m. and discovered the male teenager suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
