On the night of January 21, 2022, violence erupted outside the La Changes nightclub in Little Rock, Arkansas, claiming the life of 38-year-old Andre Luckey. The male victim was one of two individuals who suffered fatal gunshot wounds in the parking lot of the establishment located in the 3300 block of Roosevelt Road.
