In the early hours of a Thursday in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the body of a Black/African American man, Robert Wilkerson, was discovered. The 34-year-old male was found deceased on March 22, 2018, lying on the ground outside of an abandoned house. An investigation into his death was launched by the Pine Bluff Police Department.
