In the early morning hours of Valentine's Day in 2018, a tragedy unfolded in the parking lot of the L'Oreal cosmetics plant in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Chasity Denise Cannady, a 19-year-old female employee, was shot and killed while sitting in her vehicle. The incident was reported to the North Little Rock Police Department shortly after 3 a.m.
