In the quiet streets of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the life of 18-year-old Chauncy Long was tragically cut short on the night of October 22, 2017. A young man with his whole life ahead of him, he was leaving an apartment in the 6000 block of West Short Third Street when the unthinkable happened.
