In the small city of Paragould, Arkansas, a young boy's life was tragically cut short. Four-year-old Braxton Lee Fender, a Caucasian male born on October 5, 2009, passed away at his residence on November 26, 2013. The young boy's death was the result of a heartbreaking accident.
