In the early hours of a Saturday morning, on April 9, 2022, the life of 33-year-old Michael Yon of Bridgeport, Connecticut, was tragically cut short. The male victim was at the Bridgeport Innovation Center on Connecticut Avenue when gunfire erupted at approximately 4:00 a.m. Responding to multiple 911 calls, police officers arrived to find a chaotic scene.
