On a tragic Wednesday evening in Hartford, Connecticut, 56-year-old Hispanic female Sylvia "Pebbles" Cordova Munoz was in her kitchen cooking dinner on June 9, 2021, when her life was abruptly cut short. Unbeknownst to her, an argument over a stolen dirt bike had escalated outside, leading to a hail of gunfire.
