In the Fair Haven neighborhood of New Haven, Connecticut, a life was abruptly ended on the evening of January 16, 2021. Jorge Osorio-Caballero, a 32-year-old Hispanic man, was sitting in his parked car on Grand Avenue when the sound of gunfire shattered the night.
