On a late Friday morning, November 25, 2016, the life of 27-year-old Hispanic male Jaime Rivera was tragically cut short in Hartford, Connecticut. Reports of gunfire near the intersection of Maple Avenue and Bond Street prompted a police response around 10:54 a.m. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Rivera in the front yard of a residence at 198 Bond Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Hartford Hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
