On a Saturday afternoon in Waterbury, Connecticut, the life of 17-year-old Jahliek Dieudonne, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On November 5, 2016, police responded to a call on Porter Street around 4:20 p.m. and found the teenager suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
