On a late Saturday night in June of 2009, what initially appeared to be a simple car accident in West Haven, Connecticut, quickly unfolded into a somber mystery. First responders were dispatched around 11:30 p.m. on June 13th to the northbound Exit 42 on-ramp of Interstate 95.
