In the late evening of August 28, 2022, a Sunday, the life of 54-year-old Stephenic Hall, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in Portland, Oregon. Officers from the East Precinct were dispatched to the 600 block of Southeast 148th Avenue in the Centennial Neighborhood at 9:32 p.m. following a report of a shooting.
