On a Saturday afternoon, December 4, 2021, tragedy struck at the Columbia Trails apartment complex in Gresham, a city near Portland, Oregon. A shooting incident shattered the peace, leaving three young people wounded. Among them was 15-year-old Lowgunn Ivey, a male resident of Portland.
