Jose Garcia-Roldan, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on May 29, 2015, in Salem, Oregon. The incident was investigated by the Marion County Sheriff's Office as a gang-related shooting. Garcia-Roldan was transported to Salem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
