D'Andre King-Settles, a 17-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on December 18, 2015. On that Friday afternoon, at approximately 4 p.m., D'Andre was walking with two friends after leaving a building on Annunciation Road in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston.
