In the early morning hours of June 20, 2020, the life of 27-year-old Angel De La Cruz was tragically cut short in Denver, Colorado. A passerby discovered his body on the southbound off-ramp of Interstate 25 at 20th Street around 2:45 a.m. De La Cruz, a male, had been shot and left in the middle of the road. The case is being investigated as a homicide and, years later, remains unsolved, becoming a cold case for the Denver Police Department.
