Drequan L. Archie, aged 20, was fatally shot on December 17, 2014, in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago. He was helping a friend change a tire near Clyde Avenue and 79th Street when the shooting took place. Witnesses reported that two men wearing ski masks and gloves approached and fired multiple shots, striking Archie in the head and back.
