In the early morning hours of July 12, 2008, Carl E. Frazier, a 41-year-old White male, was found shot to death in Denver, Colorado. His body was discovered near West 14th Avenue and Federal Boulevard at approximately 3:40 a.m. Frazier's black Nissan truck was found nearby in an alley. Denver Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting and located Frazier suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
