In the winter of 2013, a life was abruptly cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. On the afternoon of Sunday, December 8th, 29-year-old Andre Wilkes was in the driveway of a residence at 1250 E. Bell Road when he was shot. After being wounded, Wilkes ran into the street before collapsing. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries and died.
