The incident unfolded on November 25, 2021, in the 1600 block of Kenilworth Avenue, Northeast. Around 9:38 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting and discovered McCloud suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services transported him to a local hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
