In the early hours of a Monday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of 19-year-old Antonio Lee Burnett, Jr. was tragically cut short. On April 13, 2020, at approximately 1:09 a.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 3700 block of Hayes Street, Northeast.
