In the early morning hours of September 25, 2018, violence shattered the predawn quiet in the 6200 block of Eastern Avenue, Northeast in Washington, D.C. It was there that 24-year-old Anthony Daniel Lawson, a male resident of Southeast, D.C., was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
