Delano Deonte Jackson, a 25-year-old Black / African American male, was found fatally shot inside a vehicle in Northeast Washington, D.C., on the evening of Thursday, November 10, 2016. The discovery was made by police officers who were called to the 3600 block of Grant Place NE in the Parkside neighborhood around 6:40 p.m. to investigate a report of an unconscious man. Upon their arrival, they found Jackson unresponsive, having sustained gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
