In the early morning hours of November 10, 2018, Ray B. Nunley, a 48-year-old Black / African American male, was fatally shot in Wichita, Kansas. The incident occurred in the 2200 block of South Glendale when Nunley stepped out of his home to intervene in a loud argument happening at the adjoining duplex. He was familiar with the individuals involved in the disturbance.
