In the early morning hours of a Thursday in Oak Grove, Kentucky, the life of 32-year-old Martavious Briggs of Clarksville, a male, was cut short by a single gunshot. On July 14, 2022, authorities found Briggs on the front porch of a residence in the 9200 block of Pembroke-Oak Grove Road. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the right shoulder and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Christian County Coroner's Office.
