In the late hours of a Sunday in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of 19-year-old Bradley 'Connor' Felkins was tragically cut short. On November 15, 2020, the young, white male was shot and killed in the Hazelwood neighborhood, a victim of gun violence. The incident occurred at 4045 Woodruff Avenue, where he was pronounced dead.
