In the late hours of a Thursday evening in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of 28-year-old Catherine D. Williams was tragically cut short. On November 5, 2020, in the Russell neighborhood, a place she called home, Williams was shot multiple times. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Quest Drive.
