In the quiet pre-dawn hours of October 9, 2020, in Richmond, Kentucky, the life of Freddie Biggs, a 54-year-old white male from Waco, was brought to a violent and unexpected end. Biggs was a guest at a residence on East Main Street, a location unsettlingly close to the campus of Eastern Kentucky University.
