A young man's life was tragically cut short on the very day he should have been celebrating a milestone. Eric Tellis, an 18-year-old male, was shot and killed on his eighteenth birthday, June 29, 2016, in Louisville, Kentucky. The fatal incident occurred in the evening at the Enclave at Breckenridge apartment complex located in the Hikes Point neighborhood.
That night, residents of the apartment complex reported hearing a loud noise, which was later determined to be the sound of gunshots.
