Timothy A. Thomas, aged 39, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2021, in Battle Ground, Washington. The incident occurred following a confrontation with his neighbor, Presley Mileck, over the noise created by revving an engine. According to court records, Clark County sheriff's deputies responded to a 911 call made by Mileck's wife, Jocelyn Mileck, who reported the disturbance.
