In the early hours of January 6, 2018, a night out in Seattle's White Center neighborhood turned tragic for Paul Tapia, a 45-year-old male. The evening ended in a fatal encounter in the parking lot of the Taradise Cafe, where Tapia and another man, Jose Garcia, were shot.
