Jose Silva, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, was found deceased on January 6, 2015, in Yakima, Washington. His body was discovered by a cable technician behind a vacant home on Mahre Road. An autopsy later confirmed that Silva had died from multiple gunshot wounds. Further examination revealed that he had been shot in the head and chest.
