On August 25, 2006, the life of 34-year-old White female Julie Ann Britt was tragically cut short in Kennewick, Washington. A lifelong resident of the Tri-Cities area, Julie was known for her positive outlook and dedication to her family and her career as a Contract Administrator for Parson's Technology Development and Fabrication Complex.
