Quadir Black, a 25-year-old resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life in a double shooting on February 28, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning near 25th and Medford on Milwaukee's north side. According to reports, Quadir Black and another man, both 25 years old, were shot around 2:45 a.m. Quadir Black succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while the other victim survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
