A minor traffic accident on a Milwaukee street escalated into a fatal encounter for Kurt R. Kraenzler, a 34-year-old White male, on November 30, 2017. Kraenzler was a passenger in a vehicle driven by his girlfriend when the car in front of them, a minivan, abruptly swerved and made a U-turn, causing a collision at the intersection of Green Bay Avenue and Capitol Drive.
