Thomas E. Dreger, a 70-year-old man, was shot and killed on Friday, November 13, 2015. Born in Madison on June 7, 1945, he was the youngest of three children and a 1963 graduate of Verona High School. He also completed studies at the Wisconsin School of Electronics. His life was one of hands-on work, with a career that included roofing, siding, and working as a mechanic. In his younger years, he had a passion for raising Siberian Huskies and training horses.
