In the early morning hours of July 30, 2015, in a home in North Tulsa, the life of 20-year-old Joey Sean Kristopher Aguirre was tragically cut short. An altercation with another man, 22-year-old Jose Tyler Vaught, escalated into a fatal encounter. During the dispute, Vaught produced a small-caliber handgun and fired multiple shots at Aguirre. Despite his attempts to escape, Aguirre collapsed in the street outside the home and succumbed to his injuries. He was a male.
