TULSA -- A man was shot and killed as he was backing out of a driveway Wednesday night. Homicide Sgt. Dave Walker said the victim,
Kenneth McNack, 29, was in his car at a home near Pine and Peoria, 1100 E. 49th Pl. N., about 10 p.m. when he was shot by an unknown person. McNack then accelerated in reverse into a utility pole.
