In the early hours of April 29, 2022, the life of 29-year-old Greteva Nicole Frierson was tragically cut short in what police have described as a senseless act of domestic violence. Just after 1 a.m., neighbors in the 600 block of Saddle Creek Drive in Oxford, Mississippi, were startled by the sounds of yelling followed by gunshots, prompting a 911 call. When officers from the Oxford Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered Frierson suffering from a fatal gunshot wound.
