In the spring of 2021, a fatal confrontation unfolded in Scott County, Mississippi, involving 28-year-old Perry Lee Webb, a White/Caucasian male who was a lifelong resident of the Forest community. The incident occurred on Thursday, April 22, at a location along Highway 21, just north of the city limits.
